Nihon is a specialized script execution tool and related services provided through our platform and supporting infrastructure.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
  • Any violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban.

4. Payment and Refunds

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
  • License keys are non-transferable between accounts.
  • We reserve the right to terminate any license without refund in case of violations of these terms or abuse of our services.

5. Support

Support is provided exclusively through our Discord server at discord.gg/Ns52MrdRp2.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nihon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any behavior that we deem abusive, harmful, or in violation of these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Age Restrictions

You must be at least 13 years old to use Nihon.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and related materials associated with Nihon are the property of Nihon and its owners. Your license grants you limited rights to use the software; it does not grant any ownership or redistribution rights.
